Malibu

Last night, was random. At around one o'clock in the morning when Cody asked me if I'd like to go to the beach. So we went, with his "Check Engine" light on the entire way, in the rain. A definite adventure.

Lawrence

This school is most likely known for it's ledge spot. But Johnny sure had a good time skating over this trash bin.

HASCO

So this is the hallway I walk down every damn day. Well five out of seven. Not anymore. They're "shutting down" the west coast location. Therefor I don't work there anymore. I'm psyched though. Now I can get a job I'll enjoy. I LOVE MY LIFE!

Ride Skateboards in San Diego

The only order these photos are in, is chronological. But I will say: That wasn't a crook attempt, but back-tail. Nik Konopasek could've pulled that crooks five more times every try at the rate he was doing 'em this day. It's not too often you see tricks like Nose-Tails thrown in your face by an ex-helmet rocker Austin Mayer. Not saying I wasn't at one point. Cano was way psyched on the first try ollie with mid-air high beams, and his heel varial. Steve McNeal is an amazing skateboarder. That kickflip was so solid. I'm psyched on it even if he's not. Brad is extremely quiet, until he gets on a skateboard. Still he's quiet, but actions speak much louder than words. Studies of the footy show that Brian's nollie heel was definitely perfect. Jake knew he filmed it perfect, but he just checked it for our assurance. On the way home Sunday night we stopped at some random park Jake knew of near these sick ass rails. It was there when I found out how much pop Brad really had. The craziest thing about that, is how dark it was at that park when he pulled that back 180. For a minute there were lights from tennis courts above, then those shut off. it sucked. Brad didn't seem to mind though.

SD Locals Visit

Those of you who remember this night, know. I know, there isn't many, but still. Pretty random photo for what went down that night.

The City of Angels

Now thinking about how I might have seen the best view ever, is almost depressing. But it was only a thought. Seriously is amazing though. This does not justify what the human was capable of viewing.

Very Tall Cans

I've spent a great percentage of my life since moving from San Diego at "The End." Mainly because I like surrounding myself around older, wiser people. But also, they're all in a sick ass band that lets me jam with them at times.
Anyway, I have experienced a number of good times there. I've experienced a lot there in general. This is from one of them. Just another night hanging out drinking. Everybody either left or went to bed. Now it's just me and Cody. We created this contraption.

FREAK

Here I go. Already lagging. Well The General (Lee) is definitely a freak. I don't know if I'll ever understand him.
He had been banned from The End for quite some time. Finally he just came over. Unfortunately, this photo doesn't display the amount of excitement he had just being there, only the amount of strange. Which is plenty good enough.

Drive-Thru

I like how fast-food restaurants don't even spell the word through correctly. Although I do like this drive-through at one of the many local Jack in the Box's.

The best part is that this was shot with my camera by a friend of mine named Joe(thanks). My camera does not shoot sequence this fast, which is why it's not complete. I just did it like ten times so he could get the right timing. Then I put a few of the tries together into this.

First Go

So I am now going to try to keep this thing going. Who knows how it will go for sure? I don't. Not yet. First try.

This is where I had lunch on Monday, and where I do quite often. It's this grass hill on a corner down the street from my place of work. It's like the nicest, most peaceful place around.
